Does the word “networking” fill you with panic or dread? Or do you try to avoid all things “networking” like the plague? If you can relate, this is the webinar for you!
Though networking is a great way to make and build solid connections with others, the thought of navigating large events and/or engaging in small talk with people you don’t know can be an overwhelming and unwelcoming endeavor for some of us. Whether you’re introverted, a highly sensitive person, shy or just a quiet personality, Cachet Prescott (proud introvert and HSP) will discuss what it takes to quiet your fears to move with confidence and ease and network like a boss … in any setting.

Learning Goals for Participants:
• Redefine “networking” and reframe the experience to ease related anxiety and tension;
• Recognize and work through your personal roadblocks to successful networking; AND
• Proactively prepare for and bring your best and most authentic self to future networking experiences.

Cachet Prescott is a maximizer by nature! Cachet’s advice and insights have been featured on The Muse; Thrive Global; The Huffington Post; Introvert, Dear; DailyWorth; Fast Company; FlexJobs; International Business Times (IBT); LearnVest; Monster; Recruiter.com; Careers in Government; GI Jobs; Military Spouse Magazine and Blue Star Families. A double certified HR professional, Cachet also holds a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Georgia; a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University; and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Virginia. Beyond the workplace, Cachet is a proud military spouse of 13 years to a fellow UGA alum and they have three daughters together.
