Do you find yourself always connected to your job in some way? According to a survey by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 33% of salaried employees surveyed said they work on the weekend. While our careers are a big part of our lives, it's absolutely necessary to take a break. It's too easy to get caught up in day-to-day professional activities and allow them to bleed into our personal lives. How can you achieve and maintain work/life balance for greater happiness?

In this webinar we will discuss:

1. The Life Balance Wheel.

2. How to define your personal and professional values to achieve the balance you would like.

3. How to set more meaningful goals for your professional and personal time while implementing boundaries to honor both more fully.
