Many graduate programs and high-demand majors at UGA require a personal statement as part of the application. What is the role of a personal statement in the admissions process? How can students craft strong statements, and what are some of the common challenges and mistakes of the writing process?

This event will cover "best practices" of personal statement development, including reflective questions and exercises that can be used in the process.
