This is an in-person event. Handshake registration is encouraged but not required.
The personal statement is your tool for describing your goals and motivations in your application to your major, graduate school, or other opportunities. By attending this Arch Ready program, you will:
- Recognize the role and type of written statements in the application and admissions processes
- Identify common mistakes to avoid and reflective questions to aid the writing process
- Understand components of a concise, well-written personal statement
