ONLINE Express Workshop: Ace the Interview (Arch Ready Spring 2020)

Please register via Handshake. You will receive a link to the Zoom event 1 hour prior to the start time at your uga.edu email address.

This 30-minute express workshop will cover the top five interview strategies in 15 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes for questions. Please note that you will not conduct a mock interview during this time, however, you can have specific questions answered about any upcoming interview. If you're in need of some quick interviewing tips in between classes, this workshop is for you!

In this workshop, you will learn:

  1. How to prepare for an interview
  2. Tips to stay relaxed during an interview
  3. Effective ways to introduce yourself to interviewers
  4. How to utilize the STAR Method in crafting effective interview answers
  5. The importance of following up after an interview

The workshop is open to ALL majors at UGA and counts toward your Arch Ready Professionalism Certificate.

The workshop is limited to 25 people per session and pre-registration is required on Handshake.
