Job Searching as an International Student: Arch Ready Fall 2019

Job searching as an international student presents its own unique challenges. Attend this panel event to learn how to navigate the job search by listening to the perspectives of successful UGA alumni alongside relevant campus partners. Panelists will express their experience and recommendations on topics including how to manage conversations with employers, how to market oneself as an international student, and how to develop a parallel plan if one is unable to find a job in the U.S. Following the program, there will be opportunity to network with the panelists.                                   

  • Students will learn from alumni and campus partner panelists on the job search as an international student
  • Students will become equipped with ideas to help them in the job-search process
  • Students will be encouraged by panelist success stories and strategies
  • Students will network with participating alumni

Pre-registration is NOT required.
