What makes a good mentor? What makes a good mentee? How do you make connections in industry or solve persistent mentoring challenges, such as developing mentorship connections across difference or over long distance? These are some of the important questions which will be discussed in this curated session designed specifically for graduate students and faculty members.  During this program, participants will hear brief presentations from each of the invited speakers followed by a short discussion. The audience will then have the opportunity to participate in round table discussions with each of the speakers. If you are interested in enhancing your own skills as a graduate student mentee or mentor, we encourage you to take part in this engaging program. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
