Professional Etiquette and Communication

Did you know according to employers, professional etiquette and communication are two of the top weaknesses of UGA students? Attend this workshop to learn more about common etiquette challenges faced by new professionals and how to effectively communicate with others in a professional setting.

After attending this workshop, you will have an understanding of the following: 

1. Common professional etiquette challenges faced by new professionals

2. The appropriate use of phone, email, etc. in a work setting

3. How to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and others in a professional setting
