xPD Strengths for Scientists: Fall 2019

When are you at your very best? What are you known for? To which activities are you naturally drawn? These ideas are central to the CliftonStrengths framework, and knowing the answers to these questions can help you maximize performance in your job search and career. Join us for this three-hour “Strengths for Scientists” workshop with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Participants can expect to leave with a better understanding of their natural talents, strategies for recognizing talent in themselves and others, and tools for communicating talent more effectively in the job search.
