Lisa Lowe
Senior Career Consultant for the Franklin College of Arts & Sciences, Social Sciences Majors (Anthropology, Criminal Justice, Communication Studies, Geography, Psychology & Sociology)
Lisa began working for the Career Center in 1999. She served in several roles which included assisting students and alumni with a wide range of their career-related needs. She also worked for two years as an Academic Advisor and Career Center Liaison for Franklin College of Arts & Sciences before moving into her current role in 2008.
A native of Michigan, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. Lisa has previously worked in a variety of employment and training-related positions at the city, county, and state levels, and also has experience with starting two consulting businesses and one non-profit organization.
