Interview Room Cancellation Policy

Interview Room Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Due to the high demand for interview space, we have implemented the following on-campus recruiting policy.  Cancellations of interview room reservations will be accommodated without penalty if they are made at least fourteen (14) days prior to your recruiting date(s).

Cancellations made less than 14 days does not give adequate time for others to utilize the system to manage their interview schedule.  Therefore, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your recruiting date(s) will be charged a $200 per room cancellation fee.

Cancellations are made by emailing Debi Grayson, Recruiting Coordinator, at DebiG@uga.edu fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled interview date.

Employers that “No-Show” for their scheduled interview date at the UGA Career Center will be charged a $300 per room no-show fee and will be limited to one (1) room the following semester.

Repeated cancellations by an organization may result in limiting the number of rooms available to that organization in the future.

Greeting Room Reservation Policy:

Using an additional interview room for greeting candidates is allowed in some instances. Due to the high demand for interview space, this will be allowed on a case by case basis as space permits.  Priority for room reservations will be given to employers requiring interview space.

Signage Policy:

Due to limited space, organizational signage and banners are not permitted in the hallway outside the interview rooms.
