As we enter a transformed marketplace, it's critically important that managers begin to consider how to manage their teams effectively in a new hybrid model of in-person and remote work. It can be difficult to manage a wide range of employees with different backgrounds, skill sets, and ages without these additional challenges. Being an effective leader is even more challenging as many professionals will be returning to the office and their concerns about doing so are bubbling up.

In this webinar, we will discuss important coaching skills that can help new and experienced leaders support their teams returning to work more effectively, such as:

  • Creating a safe space for your employees to discuss their concerns, issues, and needs.
  • Active listening and ways to leverage it for more productive conversations.
  • How to guide instead of advise in order to empower your employees to find their way in the 2021 workplace.
