Are you wondering how your identity may be accepted once entering the workplace? In this presentation students will gain a better understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion, learn how to recognize microaggressions and how to navigate conversations with colleagues around identity-related topics, and understand how different identities can bring value to the workplace.
