Personal statements are an important part of the graduate school application and applications for specific majors at UGA. The Career Center would like to help you get started in writing a unique and well-written personal statement for your applications through this Arch Ready program.
In this session, you will:
- Understand the role of a personal statement in the admissions process
- Recognize common challenges and mistakes when writing personal statements
- Name some components of a strong statement
You MUST register via Zoom Webinar. To get Arch Ready credit for the event, you will need to use your UGA MYID email to register. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation. Thanks for your patience as we strive to continue providing career services!
