Holly Getchell
Holly has been with the UGA Career Center since 2004 and currently serves as the Director of Employer Relations on the Employer Relations Team. In this role, she oversees the team’s efforts and manages all recruiting activities, working closely with employers to develop effective recruiting strategies. Holly regularly encourages employer participation in career fairs and campus recruiting events, while also identifying and sharing meaningful engagement opportunities aligned with their hiring goals.
In addition to her employer-facing work, Holly is a member of the Career Center’s administrative leadership team, where she contributes to office-wide decision-making, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active through outdoor sports and activities, and pursuing her interests in reading and baking.
