This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.

Attend this workshop to learn how practicing mindfulness and understanding "locus of control" will help you to manage your wellbeing throughout your career.

  1. You will be able to identify 2 mindfulness techniques that can be used when feeling anxiety about situations outside their scope of control.
  2. By the end of the session, you will be able to define "locus of control."
  3. By the end of the session, you will be able to express why focusing on their locus of control is valuable and necessary in the workplace.
