Exploring Mentorship - Navigating the UGA Mentor Program: Arch Ready Fall 2024

This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.

Curious about joining the UGA Mentor Program? Already registered and need some additional guidance? Attend this supportive workshop for interested students and current UGA mentees where you can receive assistance with tasks such as navigating the UGA Mentor Program platform, discovering and connecting with mentors, and refining your communication with mentors. During this workshop, you’ll receive an overview of the UGA Mentor Program and have the chance to interact with UGA Mentor Program Staff and Ambassadors. They’ll be available to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have about the program.

This program develops the following UGA Institutional Competencies: Communication and Social Awareness and Responsibility

Learning Objectives:

  1. Gain an understanding of the UGA Mentor Program
  2. Navigate the UGA Mentor Platform and connect with mentors
  3. Identify resources to guide their mentoring connections.
