Are you interested in pursuing a career that invests in the success of college students, strengthens campus community, and furthers the mission of higher education? Join us for the “Exploring Non-faculty Roles in Higher Education” Arch Ready program to learn about the wide range of staff roles outside of instructor positions that keep colleges and universities thriving.
As a result of attending this session, students will be able to:
- Identify various staff career pathways in higher education and the day-to-day responsibilities of staff in different functional areas across campus.
- Evaluate the skills and strengths educational institutions value most in job candidates.
- Determine the steps they can take to prepare for roles that align with their interests.
**To receive credit for this program, you must log in through Handshake and complete the survey at the end of the session. Access to this event will be made available 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
