Are you unsure of your career direction or uncertain what's next for you career-wise? Whether you are new to the workforce or a seasoned professional, career planning can be easy to put on the back-burner. The pandemic made all of us reevaluate our priorities and with inflation and layoffs, it can be difficult to know what your next step should be. The good news is you can design your career so it is a fit for you, ask for more of what you want from employers than you have been able to in the past, and plan strategically in order to achieve your career goals.
In this webinar, Certified Career Coach and national career expert Hallie Crawford will teach you how to:
- Tap into what's most fulfilling for you and begin to design your career around that
- Learn how to leverage her Ideal Career Model to determine your career direction
- Get advice on how to start your strategic career plan
