The Modern Leader: Balancing Humanity, Agility, and Results (Alumni Webinar Series)

Date: November 11, 2026
Time: 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm

Location: Virtual Venue (Online)

Register on Zoom

Modern leadership is about navigating complexity, change, and pressure while still delivering results without losing the human side of leadership in the process. Today’s most effective leaders balance three things: humanity, agility, and performance.

In this session, we’ll explore the shift from traditional leadership to a more human-centered approach, where emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and relational skill are just as critical as operational expertise. We’ll dig into why emotional awareness has become a core leadership skill, especially when dealing with tension, discomfort, and difficult interpersonal dynamics.

We’ll also look at adaptability and learning agility in fast-changing environments, and how value-driven leadership builds trust and steadiness even in uncertainty. Finally, we’ll connect this to what employees increasingly expect from leaders today: not perfection, but consistency, authenticity, and clarity.

Focus:

  • Adaptability and learning agility in uncertain environments
  • Values-driven leadership and trust
  • The competencies modern employees expect from leaders

Reflection: “Am I balancing humanity and performance — or leaning too heavily on one side?”

The Power of Consistency: Small Actions that Build Great Leaders (Alumni Webinar Series)

Date: October 14, 2026
Time: 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm

Location: Virtual Venue (Online)

Register on Zoom

Great leadership isn’t built in grand, one-time moments. It’s built on the small things leaders do day after day. The way you show up in meetings, how you respond under pressure, whether you follow through, and how you treat people all quietly shape how others experience your leadership.

In this session, we’ll explore the power of consistency and why it’s one of the most underrated drivers of trust, credibility, and culture. Employees don’t just respond to what leaders say, they pay attention to what leaders repeatedly do. Over time, those patterns either build confidence or create uncertainty. We’ll also dig into how great leaders balance consistency with the flexibility needed to adapt when things change.

This webinar is designed to help leaders step back and look at the patterns they’re creating, intentionally or unintentionally, and understand how those patterns are shaping their teams.

Focus:

· Consistency creates credibility and trust

· Small daily actions that strengthen culture

· Balancing consistency with adaptability

Reflection: “What am I consistently modeling — and what is it teaching others about me as a leader?”

The Leadership Gap: Closing the Space Between Intent and Impact (Alumni Webinar Series)

Date: September 9, 2026
Time: 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm

Location: Virtual Venue (Online)

Register on Zoom

Most leaders operate with strong intentions. They care about their people, they want to communicate clearly, and they aim to lead well. But even with the best intentions, leadership impact doesn’t always land the way it was meant to.

In this session, we’ll explore the gap between intent and impact, the space where meaning gets lost, reshaped, or experienced differently than expected. Why does this happen? And how much of leadership is really about how effectively our thoughts, decisions, and emotions are being “translated” to others?

We’ll dig into why perception and clarity matter so much in communication, and how self-awareness plays a critical role in closing that gap. Participants will reflect on common blind spots and explore how the same message can be interpreted in very different ways depending on who is receiving it. Participants will walk away with practical ways to communicate with greater clarity, adaptability, and alignment between what they mean and what is actually received.

Focus:

  • Why perception and clarity matter in leadership
  • Common leadership blind spots
  • The gap between what leaders mean and how employees experience it

Reflection: “What message might my behaviors unintentionally send?”

Part 1: The Art of Enthusiasm: Fully Showing Up as a Leader (Alumni Webinar Series)

Date: July 29, 2026
Time: 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm

Location: Virtual Venue (Online)

Register on Zoom

In a world where burnout, stress, and disengagement are common, enthusiasm can feel rare, but it may be one of the most powerful leadership tools we have. Before leaders can positively influence a team, they must first understand how they lead themselves.

In this session, we’ll explore what it truly means to fully show up as a leader. Not with forced positivity or perfection, but with intentionality, purpose, and authentic energy that inspires others. Together, we’ll reflect on the kind of presence we create, what fuels or drains our enthusiasm, and how self-leadership shapes the way we lead others.

Participants will walk away with practical ways to reconnect to purpose, lead with greater intention, and cultivate the kind of energy people genuinely want to be around.

Focus:

  • Engagement, passion, and showing up fully.
  • Purpose and personal fulfillment.
  • Avoid going too deep into team culture dynamics.
  • Identifying what drains vs fuels enthusiasm

Reflection: “What kind of energy do people experience from me?”
