You've done it! You're about to graduate and head out into life beyond the Arch. You've got the academic background and skills to lead you to great success in your next step, whether that's work or continued education. But you might need to consider a few other things, as well... How is the workplace different from college? Where are you going to live, and how are you going to manage your finances? How do you navigate workplace benefits and insurance? Learn about how to make a smooth transition from college life to "adulting" at this Arch Ready session.
As a result of attending this program, students will:
- Describe 3-5 key differences between the college environment and the work environment
- Identify 3-5 of their important job values
- Be able to develop connections in the workplace by using 3-5 relationship building techniques
