Mission Possible - Equip Yourself for the Career Fair: Arch Ready Fall 2024

This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.
Your mission if you choose to accept it: attend this employer panel discussion and Q&A to gain insider career fair prep advice directly with recruiters. This program develops the following UGA Institutional Competencies: Critical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, and Communication.
As a result of attending this career fair prep presentation and panel discussion, you will be able to:
- Prepare accordingly to make a professional first impression by applying promptness, pre-planning, and networking etiquette.
- Develop an employer research strategy using Handshake.
- Effectively articulate their transferrable skillsets and experiences to potential employers through the development of an elevator pitch.
