Preparing for an interview can feel intimidating, but with the right strategies, you can walk in with confidence. This workshop will help you understand what employers are really looking for and how to communicate your strengths effectively. We’ll discuss how to answer common and behavioral interview questions, demonstrate professionalism, and prepare questions that leave a positive impression. Participants will leave with practical tools to help them feel more confident and prepared for their next interview.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand different types of interviews and common question formats.
- Develop strategies for answering behavioral and situational questions using the STAR method.
- Identify techniques for building confidence, managing nerves, and making a strong first impression.
- Recognize key resources for continued interview practice and support.
