Career Consultant for the College of Engineering and Franklin College of Arts & Sciences (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Cyber Security & Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence majors)

Kristina serves as the Career Consultant for all majors in the College of Engineering as well as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Cyber Security & Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence majors in Franklin College of Arts & Sciences. She is considered a Double Dawg who earned both her B.A. and M.A. in English from the University of Georgia. Kristina thoroughly enjoys working with students in higher education, as she previously taught college-level writing as a graduate assistant in the UGA English Department and wrote blog posts for UGA’s Master of Biomanufacturing and Bioprocessing program. Prior to her role as a Career Consultant, Kristina coached Recent Alumni as a graduate assistant in the Career Center.

Kristina is passionate about guiding, coaching, and advocating for her students through every stage of their academic and professional careers. With a teaching and writing background, she has the ability to reach a diverse population of students with topics such as resume and cover letter writing, salary negotiation, mock interviews, career exploration, networking, and the job and internship search. Kristina is excited to forge strong relationships with faculty, staff, employers, and students with her knowledge of job-related skills development.
