From navigating workplace dynamics and building valuable connections to becoming proficient in budgeting, this program will empower you to with the tools you need to begin a fulfilling career.
After attending this program, UGA students will be able to:
- Describe the key differences between the college environment and the work environment, including recognizing important job values and understanding common professional etiquette challenges faced by new professionals.
- Identify general characteristics and advantages of budgeting and apply budgeting techniques to their personal finances as they navigate life beyond graduation.
- Develop connections in the workplace by utilizing relationship-building techniques and effectively communicating with co-workers, supervisors, and others both verbally and digitally.
