Career Consultant for the College of Education
Lisa Mann is a Lead Career Consultant at the University of Georgia working with the College of Education. She has worked in higher education for over 12 years in the areas of career counseling, international studies and academic advising. In addition to working with the UGA College of Education, Lisa serves as the veteran’s liaison for the UGA Career Center assisting veterans in discovering their second career. She came to UGA after a brief stint in Memphis helping Leadership Memphis start the Graduate Memphis program which assists adults and high school seniors with navigating their college career paths. Lisa holds a BBA in Finance and Management from Freed-Hardeman University, MBA in Management and MAEd in Educational Leadership from Bethel University, and is currently completing her doctorate in higher education leadership. She is also a Certified Federal Career Advisor through the Partnership for Public Service and a Certified Career and Education Advisor through Indiana University.
