If you struggle to identify the right professional goals for yourself consistently or have trouble sticking to them, please join us for this presentation on how to develop your long-term strategic career plan. You will learn how to begin writing your career plan, the best approach to setting career goals, and how to monitor your goals effectively to stay on track with your plan. Hallie will share 3 keys to developing your plan and suggestions on how to get started with this process, as well as models and templates that can help you along the way. Regardless of your career stage or position, taking charge of your professional development with a career plan enables you to steer your career in the direction you would like to go!
