Imposter syndrome is a common experience among college students, leading to self-doubt and the fear of being "found out." This session is designed to help you recognize and confront imposter syndrome, build self-confidence, and embrace your accomplishments. Through practical strategies, you’ll learn how to challenge negative thoughts, celebrate your successes, and develop a healthier mindset as you navigate your academic and career journey. 

Learning Outcomes:  

• Participants will be able to identify the characteristics of imposter syndrome and understand its impact on their academic and career experiences. 

• Participants will learn practical techniques to challenge negative thoughts, build self-confidence, and embrace their achievements. 

• Participants will gain tools to celebrate their successes and foster a healthier, growth-oriented perspective for navigating academic and career challenges.
