This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.

This program will equip you with essential tools to navigate the job market's challenges. Learn to bounce back from rejection, cope with ghosting, and turn disappointment into growth opportunities. Develop resilience strategies to thrive in the job search while prioritizing your mental and emotional health. This program develops the following UGA Institutional Competencies: Critical Thinking and Creativity & Innovation.

In this program you will learn how to:

  1. Define resilience and understand how developing resilience will help you in your career.
  2. Implement strategies to build your resilience while undergoing a challenging job search.
  3. Identify and utilize campus and community resources to improve your overall wellbeing.
