Planning for your job search as an international student? Join our job search strategies workshop, designed for international students, to hear from Career Center staff on navigating the path to a full-time role after graduation. International students face unique challenges when career planning and building their network in a new country. In this session, you will learn how to convey your skills and experiences in a way that stands out on your applications, discuss finding networks of support and resources during your search, and have time to ask questions.

By the end of this Arch Ready workshop, you will:

  1. Understand more about the search for a full-time job including application tips and when/where to look for open positions.
  2. Strengthen your networking and communication skills to help you succeed in your job search as an international student.
  3. Gain practical knowledge on resources, both at UGA and beyond, that can support your journey as an international student seeking a full-time role.
