In the realm of leadership, authenticity is paramount, deeply influencing the culture of organizations. Authentic leaders align their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, creating a genuine leadership style that inspires and motivates their teams.

In this webinar, participants will explore the journey to authenticity through the universal model of leadership, gaining insights into leadership competencies and inner assumptions. Special focus will be placed on the challenge of aligning emotions, which often emerge unexpectedly but are crucial for true authenticity. Drawing inspiration from Steve Anderson's book, “The Call to Authenticity,” participants will learn invaluable strategies to nurture authenticity within themselves and their organizations. This book serves as a guiding light, offering practical advice to foster a culture of authenticity.
