Stronger Together: Women in the Workplace (Arch Ready Spring 2025)

Gain inspiration and immediate empowerment through an engaging panel discussion featuring accomplished women from diverse industries. Together we will explore topics such as the importance of women supporting and empowering one another, advocating for yourself in workplace settings, work-life balance, and other challenges faced. This event offers a unique opportunity to learn from and celebrate the achievements of these exceptional women while fostering personal and professional growth. This program develops the following UGA Institutional Competencies: Social Awareness & Responsibility and Leadership & Collaboration.
After attending this program, you will be able to:
- Increase awareness of potential barriers and challenges women might experience in the workplace.
- Examine strategies for networking and leveraging your position (and others) as a woman in the workplace.
- Learn strategies for displaying confidence, presence, and credibility to suit your unique leadership style as a woman in the workplace.
