This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.
Gain inspiration and immediate empowerment through an engaging panel discussion featuring accomplished women from diverse industries. Delve into their personal journeys as they explore the influence of gender on their career choices, the challenges they have faced, work-life balance, and the importance of women supporting and empowering one another. Acquire valuable insights and identify the key attributes of successful women leaders across both traditional and non-traditional career paths. This event offers a unique opportunity to learn from and celebrate the achievements of these exceptional women while fostering personal and professional growth.
Students will learn how to:
- Increase awareness of potential barriers and challenges women might experience in the workplace.
- Examine strategies for networking and leveraging your position (and others) as a woman in the workplace.
- Learn strategies for displaying confidence, presence, and credibility to suit your unique leadership style as a woman in the workplace.
Our employer guest speaker will be Neci Sampleton, Talent Acquisition Manager at Enterprise.
