Join us for Women in the Workplace: Navigating Personal and Professional Success, an insightful UGA mentor panel focused on how women uniquely integrate their personal lives into their professional journeys. From managing family dynamics to overcoming gender-specific challenges, learn how to leverage these experiences to enhance your career. Perfect for students eager to understand and harness the unique strengths that women bring to the workplace! This program develops the following UGA Institutional Competencies: Leadership & Collaboration and Social Awareness & Responsibility.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Recognize the unique strengths women bring to the workplace and how to leverage those strengths for career advancement.
  2. Learn practical strategies for overcoming common challenges faced by women in the workplace, such as gender bias and balancing personal and professional responsibilities.
  3. Develop skills to empower yourself and others, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, enhancing leadership, and promoting effective collaboration.
