Regardless of your professional role, or whether you manage others or not, the soft skill of managing change and conflict is one that is absolutely critical for your success. We can't avoid conflict, and it is something that can actually improve our work relationships if we know how to handle it correctly. However, most of us want to avoid conflict. Additionally, it can be difficult to manage situations with a wide range of employees with different backgrounds, skill sets, and ages. These differences along with changes in the way we work (remotely, etc.) can create unexpected conflicts in the workplace, especially when times are more difficult and uncertain.

In this webinar, we will discuss important coaching skills that can help any professional more effectively manage conflict and touchy situations, such as:
-Creating a safe space for open conversations.
-Leveraging active listening to manage touchy situations.
-How to use powerful questions to empower, support, and work through disagreements.
-Three critical coaching skills that will enable you to better manage conflict.
