As an executive coach and leadership trainer, I have found that for most leaders navigating the complexities of managing people is often the most challenging part of the job. Making this webinar essential and exciting for leaders seeking to elevate their management skills. This session lays the foundation for a new understanding of management. We will redefine management as “the art of getting things done through people” which stems from the viewpoint of Mary Parker Follett, a pioneer in the field of organizational management. The session will boil performance management down into four key phases—planning, monitoring, reviewing, and rewarding. Within these phases, we'll explore best practices for fostering clarity, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring all team members are held accountable. Additionally, participants will gain valuable insights into practical coaching tools such as the GROW model and the SBI framework for providing constructive feedback. By embracing a new mindset about performance management, you can unlock the potential to drive unparalleled productivity within your organization.

Learning Objectives:

• Develop practical knowledge in order to create a sustainable performance management process for your organization.

• Equip participants with tools to effectively navigate difficult performance conversations with team members.

• Acquire a better understanding of how to effectively increase accountability, clarity and your ability to delegate.
