The majority of salaried employees work overtime or on the weekend, and this was exacerbated even more because of the pandemic. While our jobs are a big part of our lives, it's absolutely necessary to take a break. It's too easy working from home to get caught up in day-to-day professional activities and allow them to bleed into our personal lives.
