Discover our new Student Employment Development Hub for both on-campus and off-campus employers who oversee student employees or interns. Our resources were developed to empower you with the tools necessary to enhance the professional development and career readiness of your student workforce. Please feel free to incorporate these activities and resources during 1:1 meetings with your supervisees or facilitate a group activity if you're supervising a team.

Students go above and beyond in their work on campus every day, and our goal is to celebrate each of them. The Student Employee of the Year (SEOTY)* program takes nominations each January for three annual SEOTY winners to celebrate the efforts and contributions of all student employees.

  • Individual Undergraduate Award: This award will recognize an undergraduate student for outstanding contributions and achievements throughout their employment.
  • Individual Graduate Award: This award will recognize a graduate student for outstanding contributions and achievements throughout their employment.
  • Team Award: In addition to the individual awards, we will be honoring one team of students who go above and beyond in their service to others. One nominator will be able to nominate 2-10 students for the team award. Undergraduate or graduate teams can be nominated for this award.

Details about the nomination process is sent via ARCHNEWS each January.
