Diversity and inclusion help us to create a culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse perspectives and voices of our students. It fuels innovation and connects us closer to our students and the campus communities we serve. As a result of attending this workshop, students will be able to:

  1. Distinguish between diversity, equity, and inclusion
  2. Analyze benefits and challenges of these concepts in the workplace
  3. Discover strategies to navigate job searching with DEI in mind
