Live and Work In Charlotte: Arch Ready Fall 2023

This is a virtual event. You MUST register via Handshake. At the time of the event, you will return to Handshake and join the virtual presentation. You must join via the Handshake event to obtain credit for Arch Ready. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation.
Have you ever considered launching your career in a new city? Are you overwhelmed by the idea of conducting a “long distance” job search? Attend the UGA Career Center’s “Live and Work In Charlotte” program to get first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to live and work in a new city. You’ll also learn practical tips for conducting an out-of-state job search and have an opportunity to network with our panelists. As a result of attending this program, you will:
- Understand logistical and lifestyle considerations around moving to a new city
- Learn how to conduct a “long distance” job search early in your career
- Connect with panelists for continued networking
