Have you ever considered launching your career in a new city? Are you overwhelmed by the idea of conducting a “long distance” job search? Attend the UGA Career Center’s “Live and Work In Charlotte” program to get first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to live and work in a new city. You’ll also learn practical tips for conducting an out-of-state job search and have an opportunity to network with our panelists. As a result of attending this program, you will:

  1. Understand logistical and lifestyle considerations around moving to a new city
  2. Learn how to conduct a “long distance” job search early in your career
  3. Connect with panelists for continued networking
