Adulting 101: Arch Ready Fall 2020

You've done it! You're about to graduate and head out into life beyond the Arch. You've got the academic background and skills to lead you to great success in your next step, whether that's work or continued education. But you might need to consider a few other things, as well... How is the workplace different from college? Where are you going to live, and how are you going to manage your finances? How do you navigate workplace benefits and insurance? Learn about how to make a smooth transition from college life to "adulting" at this Arch Ready session.

As a result of attending this program, students will:

  1. Identify and articulate the differences and similarities between the college environment and the world of work environment
  2. Recognize opportunities to connect with and grow your network as a UGA Alumnus
  3. Recognize best practices and strategies to successfully begin your professional career by hearing from a UGA Alum You MUST register via Zoom Webinar.

To get Arch Ready credit for the event, you will need to use your UGA MYID email to register. You will also need to complete the survey at the end of the presentation. Thanks for your patience as we strive to continue providing career services!
