Turn salary negotiation into a salary conversation that can become a natural part of any job search. Learn how to use salary research to be objective and strategic. Practice your communication skills to be persuasive. By attending this Arch Ready program, you will:
- Identify research tools to find salary data and identify a target salary range
- Choose when and how to communicate about salary in the job search process
- Apply varied negotiation scenarios and ideas for negotiating beyond the salary
