You might believe your college major is going to determine your entire career path or will box you in to a small sub-set of careers, but the facts suggest otherwise. Come to this interactive program to learn 6 reasons why your college major doesn’t matter as much as you think and to identify what employers are really looking for in recent college graduates.

In this workshop you will:

  • Identify myths that commonly hold students back when carving a career path.
  • Learn the top skills that employers are looking for in college graduates.
  • Hear a career story from an alumni of UGA - Kat Reynolds, Community Relations Specialist at Mercedes-Benz USA
  • Understand the many factors that support your career development.
