In the Professionalism in the Workplace Webinar, students will learn to:

  1. Recognize common professional etiquette challenges faced by new professionals while learning how to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and others verbally and digitally
  2. Recognize appropriate work attire and the differences between business professional, business casual and casual
  3. Acknowledge the importance of diversity and inclusion within the workplace
