Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment has been utilized by over 20 million people worldwide to enhance the use of their natural talents. Geared toward doctoral students and research-intensive master's students (in any discipline), this program will help participants name, claim, and aim their respective strengths. Over the course of three interactive small-group sessions, participants will learn more about the Strengths framework and spend time reflecting upon their own top talents. You will walk away with strategies for continued investment in your talents and new perspectives on the unique strengths that you bring to your work.

Note that the Office of Experiential Professional Development (xPD) in the Graduate School is aimed at providing support for graduate students who are interested in industry, government, and non-profit career fields. Although this program is open to all students, many of the frameworks and examples we use in these sessions may reflect our emphasis on non-faculty career tracks.

**ALL MEETINGS FOR THIS PROGRAM WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. Participants will receive more information - including meeting URLS - once registration has closed. Registration for this event comes with a StrengthsFinder Assessment Code (a $50 value) provided by the Graduate School. Students who register and claim and claim an access code but fail to attend the training may be restricted from accessing future xPD programs in the future.
