What are your innate talents? When are you at your very best? These questions are at the very core of strengths-based development. During this interactive series, participants will complete the CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment and explore ways to more fully leverage their talents at work and beyond. The workshop consists of three sessions which will follow the CliftonStrengths framework of naming, claiming, and aiming one's talents.
This program is designed primarily for master's-level students in any discipline. However, PhD students who are interested in this topic are also welcome to participate.
